How do I keep the curls but lose the frizz?

My long hair has cute spiral curls underneath, but is rather straight on top (crown). I pulled the top section back in a barrette to show off the curls, but there is so much frizz surrounding those spirals that they aren’t as pretty as I would like. The frizz consists of shorter, wiry hairs. If I use a smoothing product or comb the straighter hair down over it, I’ll lose those curls, which is an ok style, but I want to go curly for a change.
Ok, well I guess I should mention I’m not actually African-American. I’m caucasion. I just have this Avitar because I think it’s groovy. That detail might affect what products and advice you give me.

My friend has spiral curls and her hair seems like it never grows because the hair bounces up. She wants to be able to show length in her hair but does not want to use a straightener everyday. Are there any products she can use that are not greasy?

how can i get victoria justice’s loose curls style on my naturally spiral curly hair?

i naturally have like 1 inch spiral curls… i really love love looooove victoria justice’s hair in victorious! how can i achieve this look? if it requires a curling iron, would i have to straighten my locks first? could i get away with just straightening the top part or something? if i don’t straighten them will they come out all frizzzy? and is there anyway to do it heatless? i thought maybe like a praid but even if i do a braid with all my hair, i don’t have enough hair to achieve waves and loose curls that big.

What is the best brand of curling iron?

I really need a new curling iron. I want one that has adjustable heat settings if possible. I would also like for the price to be under $40 it’s okay if it’s not. I want an iron that I can use to curl my hair in spiral curls probably from 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch barrel. Thanks in advance.

How do you get tight spiral curls on short hair?

I just cut off 10.5″ (for Locks of Love). My hair used to be really wavy/curly with just a bit of gel and I never even had to blow dry it. Now it just reaches my shoulders and when I tried to let it air dry with gel it came out frizzy and with a very very slight wave. I really wanted tight spiral curls which my stylist told me would happen with the extra weight cut off. Should I perm it? I’ve never colored or chemically altered it. Are there other, preferably easy, ways? I miss not having to work on my hair and I really miss my curls!

Is it possible to achieve spiral curls by a perm like Taylor Swift’s?

I was planning on getting a perm and the style Spiral Curls.
And Taylor Swift’s hair is naturally spiraled, but is it possible to achieve this look by a perm? And please, I understand that perms do damage to your hair, this is what I want, not you. So don’t comment on that please. And if you don’t like Taylor Swift, I have nothing to say because it’s your opinions, I see her as gorgeous.
