I have owned my HerStyler for three years. I love it. I have a lot of hair and it used to take me about 90 minutes to straighten my hair. Now it takes less than 45 minutes! It heats quickly and will straighten with one pass. I had a more expensive model ($90+) and it took two or three passes at the highest setting. Now I’m finished in half the time.
I do recommend that you use some sort of leave in conditioner that offers heat protection. The HerStyler’s maximum setting is 200 degrees Celsius. That’s just over 392 degrees Fahrenheit. So, some sort of heat protection is recommended.
Buy it online and not in a store or at a booth in the mall. You will get hosed.
