I use my hot tools ceramic flat iron a lot and before I found a cleaner for it the flat iron already had a build up burnt onto it. I thought that this cleaner would soften the build up so that I could easily wip it off but it only got a little bit of it which made it slightly better but not great.
This product would be very useful to someone who has not used their flat iron that much.
