I searched months for a great flat iron at a price I could afford. I was reluctant to shell out over one hundred dollars for a CHI. That’s when I found this gem. I have thick, frizzy, wavy hair. I was thrilled when I used this for the first time. It took one stroke to flatten each section. Before I had been using a Remington Wet/Dry flat iron. I will never look back, this is my flat iron for life. Buy this and you will not be disappointed.

I ordered this for my curly haired daughter, and she loves it. According to her, it works better than any other straightener she has used and her hair remains soft and manageable after using the straightener. She is quite pleased. I thank the previous reviewers, as they helped in my decision.

I bought this straightener because of the mostly good reviews. I was also trying to avoid dishing out for a Chi. I have a sad combination of straight and wavy/curly hair. It’s somewhat frizzy but it straightens pretty easily. This straightener did almost nothing for my hair on the highest heat setting! It still looked frizzy and didn’t feel smooth. My old, $20 Conair straightener works better. I returned it and I made the decision to get the Chi. Much happier now.
