How come my hair falls flat after I curl it with a curling iron?
I’ve been trying to curl my hair with a curling iron. I get great nice long spiral curls, then i spray, about a half hour later it’s all flat. What am I doing wrong or not using?

How would shoulder length hair look after being set in medium to large perm rods? Could you get a spiral curl?
Also can you get spiral curls with a roller set or just with a curling iron? I am not great with a curling iron and don’t want to burn myself. My hair takes a pretty good curl.
