i have naturally straight hair. i have tried curling my hair but it doesnt stay. not even with lots of mousse and hairspray. i use aussie and bedhead products. theyre good but my hair goes back to being straight after about 40 minutes.

When choosing a curling iron, you should consider the hairstyle you want, the type and length of your hair, and the price you are willing to pay.

How to curl your hair with a curling iron?

First start combing or brushing your hair. After your hair is all brushed and ready, turn on the curling iron. Make sure your hair is dry.

Ensure that your hair is brushed with a comb, if not, you hair will look like it is tangled in the curl.

Open the curling iron by holding your four fingers around the handle while pushing your thumb down on the moving part of handle.

As soon as all of this curl is free, pin it up using a Kirby grip/bobby pin or similar. Leave it to completely cool before taking it down. This will ensure that the curl stays in place.

Repeat the steps on all of your hair that you want curled.
