Is there a perm I can get that aren’t piggyback or spiral curls?
I want long curls, not a perm that looks like it came out of a box. About 10 years ago (when I was 12), I got a perm that was mixed with piggyback/spiral curls. They were UGLY! Good thing I was just a bored 12 y/o.

Anyway, long.. loose.. big curls.. Is it possible? Or will I just have to use the hot rollers? ***I hate using hot rollers so I’m trying to get out of it.

How to get spiral curls that last?-Immediate help please-?

My hair is really thin, and naturally pin straight. So, I try to curl it, but it doesn’t last much longer than 5 minutes. They always fall apart. Are there any ways to make them hold? Hairspray doesn’t work for me, nor does gel spray.

What is an good way to get clean, spiral curls?

i have coarse, thick hair. its about 4 inches past my shoulders in length. I have to keep it very layered, because its naturally wavy and gets enormous in the hot Texas humidity.

i am however, looking for ways to curl it. i have used various sizes of curling irons, but it always ends up taking way more time than anticipated. i usually only get about one fourth of it done it 1 hour, then i must go out with half my hair curled :/

any help here?

Im african american & i want spiral curls in my hair but if i put rollers in it will they still be spiraled?

My mother says i might be able to have the spirals for one day if I use a hot curler, but when i put rollers in them at night, she thinks the curls wont be spiraled anymore. How should I tie my hair up at night? Or how can i make them spiraled w/o a hot curler or with just rollers?
