Shud i get a perm?Ive always wanted spiral curls. If I get a perm professionally will i get natural fun curl?

My natural hair is straight and fine. I am willing to go to a reputable salon for my perm. I want wild fun curls sorta like sarah jessica parker.

What is the best straightener for a person with natural spiral curls?

My hair is extremely curly naturally and when i straighten it later is turns kinda puffy and it curls up by itself after some days so it looks straight and curly with me doing nothing to it. Any advice??
