Hair Curling With GHD Hair Straightener

The brands of straighteners mostly available are the ones which straighten the curly hair, but only a few brands can give fabulous curls. One of that a few straighteners is the GHD beauty straightener. These are multipurpose tools that can be used both for straightening and curling. Further, the product makes it possible to have an implicit salon in ones bedroom.

The GHD products are high tech gadgets, which are preferred by most of the beauty pageants, famous hair stylists and have found place in all the renowned salons. These products have enhanced safety measures as it is controlled by a mini processor. If a GHD straightener is used for 30 minutes or more, it discharges that amount of heat which is harmful for the hair. So to prevent this, there is an alarm – a beeping alarm, which will save the hair. Because of these enhanced facilities, many awards have been come in the way of these GHD products.

While using the GHD straightener, the hair must be washed before the heat is applied. Then divide it in to many parts which make the process easier. Make sure not to hold the hair too tightly or exert more pressure with the GHD straightener. Hold it very lightly and glide it through the hair from the roots to the tips, this will enhance the beauty of the hair.

How to Curl Hair with GHD straightener

Many people thought it is cannot to curl hair with GHD NZ .However, it is possible to curl hair with GHD Australia .GHDs and Remingtons come with curl secrets DVDs, but one way to do it, is to get a section of hair and twist it around the straighteners for a few seconds.Alternatively you can wrap the hair around a pencil and finger, and clamp your hair between the plate (remember to remove your finger or pencil) for a few seconds. With my straighteners it says you can also plait your hair and then straighten the plait. Undo the plait and then you have curls-I haven’t tried this yet though. Alternatively, tie your hair into ponytails and twist into knots, and clamp the plates over them for about 10 seconds et voila-get out of bed hair instantly (apparently).Curling is best if you have skinny plates though-for hopefully obvious reasons – not a good idea to try to create tight ringlets with 2? plates.

Detailed step for curl with ghd Straightener :
   * Starting at the crown, take a small section of hair and spray it with a light mist of ghd Iron Oil.
   * Now wind this section around your finger to the ends of the hair. Use the thumb and index finger of your other hand to hold the section in place.
   * As you ease out your finger feed the section of hair into the irons and hold for 5 to 10 seconds to create glossy, spiral curls.
   * Repeat this process with other small sections of hair.
   * For a longer lasting curl secure each section with a hairpin. Once each section is secured take out the pins and release the curl.

As if your gonna flick it out pull straightners down length of hair will create a wave rather than a curlgood luck and stick with it.But it takes some practice.Style your hairs with ghd Hair Straighteners  now, beauty and easily.

The Past And Present Of Hair Straightener Irons

If you go a few decades back, the 1960s to be more precise, hair ironing meant using a clothing iron to press you hair till the time the hair had become flat and straight. The result was weak and damaged hair which resulted in easy breakage. Also, the results only lasted till the next shampoo and therefore the process had to be carried out regularly.

However with changing times, hair straightener irons too have changed. These days one comes across the new age high tech hair straightener irons which allow you to crimp, curl, straighten, bend, spiral, flip and create all sorts of unique hair styles and designs. In fact, many irons even come with multiple plates that allow for straightening, curling or even creating waves, all with the same hair iron.

A few of the hair straightener types are flat irons, curling irons and crimping irons. While the flat irons are used to straighten the hair, the other ones provide a lot of texture to it. These straighteners however not only work towards fulfilling their basic function of styling the hair, but also help make it more healthy, sleek and beautiful. Also unlike the traditional irons that were made of metal, the ones these days are generally made of ceramics.
