Please help! I am going to perm my hair but I have permed it before and I didn’t get spiral curls they were

just hardly wavy and they were small. I want my hair to have big poofy curls how do I perm it like this?

SPIRAL CURLS (think/see Shakira) but they are quite frizzy.?

I love the curls in my hair (when they are wet). Beautiful spiral curls. But when they are dry OMG very very frizzy. So I would like t control and de-frizz my hair. I heard about REDKEN Fresh Curls & CHI curl Preserve. Can someone help me with reviews and or experience? Thank You!

Im african american & i want spiral curls in my hair but if i put rollers in it will they still be spiraled?

My mother says i might be able to have the spirals for one day if I use a hot curler, but when i put rollers in them at night, she thinks the curls wont be spiraled anymore. How should I tie my hair up at night? Or how can i make them spiraled w/o a hot curler or with just rollers?
